Addition and Retaining Walls
We had Frank's crew at our house for nearly two years, off and on. We have a hilly lot and needed to replace all of the retaining walls in backyard. After the back yard was done, we excavated in a garage underneath our house and redid our front driveway. You can see our project in the "Addition and Retaining Walls..." collection Frank has posted. Concrete Footings - Foundation
In February 2012 I decided to build a large garage and shop at my home in Santa Rosa. Having worked with All Phase Concrete in the past I decided to give Frank Coleman a call to see if he wanted to bid on my project. Out of the three cement contractors that I asked to bid the work All Phase Concrete won and was awarded the project. This project consisted of digging the footing, lying out and forming the foundation, and pouring both the foundation and the slab floor. The plans called for a 1/4" fall per foot. The foundation came out beautiful and the City Building Inspector even commented on how nice the cement looked. He had no issues with signing off on the permit for the work that was done. In addition to the foundation and slab floor was the driveway extension that connected the new garage to the existing driveway. I could not be any happier than I am for the work that Frank and his crew did for me. From day one on the job the crew was very courteous and professional.
After the garage was completed we decide to revamp the rest of our backyard. This included a large cement patio and a new sidewalk. I called Frank to come over and give us some ideas. Collectively we decided to go with stamped concrete in an Ashler Stone pattern with a light gray hardener and a dark gray release color scheme for a large patio with an exposed aggregate boarder using polished Mexican pebbles. The sidewalk was also done in the same exposed aggregate scheme. Once again All Phase Concrete came through with a fabulous job. We absolutely love the new patio and sidewalk work that All Phase Concrete completed. Hillside Foundation - Slab
All Phase Concrete did an excellent job building a two car concrete parking platform on a mountainside. The old wooden platform was not safe to use anymore. We could not have afforded to build a replacement if Frank had not been recommended to us. His bid met our budget.
Frank communicated the process throughout the project, from planning, to permits, to drilling the holes into the mountainside, pouring concrete, and county inspections. He answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Frank and All Phase Concrete.

Concrete Foundations
Frank Coleman and All Phase Concrete were the keystone solution to our hillside project. Our project was nearly stopped before it got off the ground. We had met with several general contractors who either walked away, confronted by the requirements of the concrete or were quoting outrageous amounts of money to cover what they were unsure of. Frank came into our lives with a "no problem" attitude and a clear idea of costs and budget. When we hired All Phase Concrete, we took advantage of their name. We used every phase of concrete, plus, Frank walked us all the way through our project from permit to excavation, impressive 8' tall stained concrete retaining walls 120' long, an equally long required swale turned rock embedded dry creek river bed, "slate" stamped and colored concrete patios, pier foundations for 2,000 sq ft of decking, a slab foundation (that became very stunning stained concrete flooring) for our dining room and kitchen addition, to the finishing touch of our broom swirled 4,000 square feet of steep hillside drive and parking.
The only thing that out shone the work performed by All Phase Concrete was the good nature of all the men who worked on our job. We put them to the test. We were picky customers. They were always happy to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. They were a pleasure to have around. I would not have wanted to undertake this project without Frank's leadership. He even led us to the contractor who framed, roofed and built the deck on top of Frank's concrete. Literally, Frank Coleman is ALL PHASE CONCRETE.

Emergency Slab
The Tubb's fire that engulfed my property and forced me to leave early morning with my livestock, was an evil fire. No remorse. When I called Frank with All Phase Concrete after the fires were controlled, I was at my wits end. I knew I wanted to build a better unit for the future. Frank picked up the phone after 2 rings and told me he would be out the next day. He showed up on time, explained the project handset up and his crew was awesome. Within 4 days, a new cement slab, 25' x25' was poured, rebar at 16" and cement thickness at 6". The crew was exact, professional and thorough. Frank came out on the pour day and worked alongside his trained crew. I plan to hire him hopefully in the near future to pour my barn pad and hopefully my new home. Thanks to Frank and his professional staff for a job well done. He even gave me a substantial price break, and compared to other bids, he was true to his word, all on a hand shake. Concrete Work
All Phase Concrete has done many projects for me over many years. I have had a driveway, and sidewalks all around my house. I have a beautiful stone patio and walkway. My fireplace front was redone in stone. my front porch and steps have brick. All of the work was completed in a timely fashion. Clean-Up was great. I highly recommend All Phase.
